Vauxhall Victor F type series 1 for sale £19,995

In Gypsy red with black interior.

The first owner of this rare and beautiful Series 1 Victor Super, Mr. E. Matthews of Grays, kept it until 2008. According the original Bill of Sale in the file, he paid £810 when new which included extra charges for a heater and screenwash.

In 1975, at 67,950 miles, Mr. Matthews had a short engine fitted. The mileage reading is now 71,486.

A skilled enthusiast purchased the Victor in 2009 and carried a restoration on what was, still a very clean and solid car. It is now immaculate in its correct and original colour with new chrome, new rubbers, retrimmed seats, new whitewall tyres, a detailed and painted engine bay and the correct and immaculate original dashboard. A full Stainless exhaust was fitted.

The badges, trim, hubcaps and ancilliaries are all correct and in beautiful condition.

All the original Dealer books, manuals and brochures remain with the Victor and are in excellent order.

The car drives very nicely with a quiet, smooth engine and the gearbox and brakes operate as they should.

It will come with its apt, and original, registration number 6459F.

F Type Victors are now rare and this car, being a Series 1 and being in superb order with low ownership, is quite a find. It looks fantastic and has caused much interest with visitors to Pye Corner.
